Actions Speak Louder Than Words -Your body language conveys more about you than your words. It is a powerful means of communication as it is almost instinctive. One can express a lot through a single gesture which cannot be done even by thousands of words. Although people are generally not aware of this fact, more than 60% of their communication takes place through bodily actions. They often send and receive non-verbal signals to communicate with others.

Body language reflects the state of a person. It can be used a powerful technique to assess the nature and state of a person. Body language can also be used to exhibit the ability, confidence and intellect of a person.
When attending a job interview, individuals usually focus on verbal communication and often forget about the significance of body language and pay least attention to it. An interviewer often looks for a candidate who is confident, smart, honest, and intellectual. It may not be possible for a person to speak about all these qualities. In such a context, one can make best use of his body language to exhibit his persona and embedded skills, and convey the same to the interviewer.
When you attend an interview, it is likely that the interviewer is neither an expert in body language nor had undergone any training to read the body language of an interviewee, but most of the interviewers just with their experience can comprehend the body language of an interviewee. They may not judge a candidate based on the conclusions drawn from the body language, but their decisions are often compelled to be affected by their perception of the body language. Hence it is very important for an interviewee to develop good body language to win the confidence of the interviewer in a job interview.
With good body language you can express your thoughts in a more effective way and communicate with others more easily. Your communication skills become more enhanced and focused when couple with good body language. Also increase your attractiveness not just in what you say but how you say. A good body posture and an appropriate, enthusiastic and focused body language undoubtedly make you look more attractive.
